Level 1 Help Desk Support

Need to be available Mon-Fri 8-5pm.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ plus years of experience working in Help Desk preferred.
  • Provide a minimum of 6 hours of daily phone/e-mail support.
  • Identify/Troubleshoot/Escalate/Resolve critical issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Exchange, MS Office Suites, MS Internet Explorer
  • Analytical Thinking skills.
  • Strong Follow-up Skills
  • Ability to work independently on special assignments
  • Being able to commute to Exeter, NH.
