Need to be available Mon-Fri 8-5pm.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 2+ plus years of experience working in Help Desk preferred.
- Provide a minimum of 6 hours of daily phone/e-mail support.
- Identify/Troubleshoot/Escalate/Resolve critical issues.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Experience with MS Exchange, MS Office Suites, MS Internet Explorer
- Analytical Thinking skills.
- Strong Follow-up Skills
- Ability to work independently on special assignments
- Being able to commute to Exeter, NH.
